Dr. Joseph Mwelwa, a Zambian national, has over 27 years of experience in education at secondary and tertiary levels. He is an expert in Language and Literature, a bilingual education researcher, and an education and training consultant.
Lily Chipazi is a Curriculum Developer, Educationist, Counsellor, Educational Psychologist, Lecturer, Life Skills and Emotional Intelligence Training Consultant in Botswana and Zimbabwe. She has experience in Programs, Materials and Curriculum Development.
He is an expert in change management processes, monitoring and evaluation, institutional analysis, project cycle management, project management, strategic planning, project evaluation, and design of academic qualification and programmes.
