About Ms.Tabengwa

Kushatha's versatility and resourcefulness shine through in her ability to produce and edit print and digital research content, manage stakeholder relations, and support executive management in communications. She mentors senior executives in professional communications and applies multimedia management strategies to enhance organizational branding and reputation.

Her educational background includes a BA in Broadcasting and Journalism and an associate degree in Journalism and Media from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. Additionally, she has completed a short course on starting an NGO.

At Joint Minds Consult, Kushatha has contributed to several key projects as a research assistant, including: 

Reviewing the National Internship Programme Report for the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Culture (March 2020 - September 2020)

Conducting a summative evaluation of the UNSDF 2017-2021 for UNDP (November 2020 - February 2021)Reviewing the National Policy 2012 for the National Governments Organisation Council (March 2021 - May 2021)Integrating ICT in teaching learning in schools (January 2022 - April 2022)

Assessing the enabling environment for renewable energy uptake in Botswana for the International Labour Organisation (November 2022 - February 2023)

Developing learner support service standards and M&E tools for SADC through GIZ (December 2022 - April 2023)
