Brief workshop summary
Poor service delivery is costly to the organization/company. On the one hand, concerns about bad customer relations damage both the reputation of an organization and the country. On the other hand, good customer relations put an organization in positive light from the customers’ perspectives. This module prepares participants to acquire good customer relations skills and knowledge in the workplace.
